Current Clients
Current clients are eligible to take advantage of this offer on additional hosting accounts only. In order to receive the discount on an additional account, current clients must keep their original, existing account open and in good standing in order to continue receiving the discounted rate on their new account.
VPS and Dedicated Server Hosting
The discount applies to clients first invoice. Since their VPS and dedicated server hosting services are only available on a monthly basis, the promotion will apply to only the first month of the VPS and dedicated server hosting.
Remember to take note of the time: starts past midnight on Friday, November 25th, 2011 Central Standard Time (-6 GMT) and will run until 11:59PM CST Friday, November 25th, 2011.

Yup, you are right , many bloggers and webmasters have been waiting for this Hostgator Black Friday Discount to take advantage of it and get rid of their old host as soon as they can…specifically the ones who are hosted with bad hosts.
