TWD is a systems integration company that offers unified communication services in enterprise information technology, IT infrastructure services, IT security solutions and collaboration technologies. TWD has gained its prominence in the federal IT marketplace since its incorporation in 1992 as a small, minority owned Section 8(a) business. They began work with the Office of Homeland Security in 2001 and they were awarded the SEAPORTe prime contract and the DHS EAGLE prime contract in 2004 and 2006 respectively. In 2011, they got their largest unrestricted prime contract, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Last year, they awarded the USG ONE contract, a prestige held by only nine companies who were ever awarded that contract.
