I have been tweaking my blogs GEORYL and this blog (although the blog wear was created by Grace in Creative Life) for quite some time now and recently a friend of mine (and namesake too) requested for a little tweaking of her blog design. I used to do the designs of my two Blogger blogs before but being used to using The Thesis Theme for WordPress, I forgot how to tweak Blogger and spent a lot of time reviewing the codes of Blogger again.
Anyway, Shengkay wanted a curly woman with a baby and, originally, a purple background for her blog design. It was a bit hard to come with that design because vector images cost an arm and a leg nowadays but somehow I came up with this given our limited resources:

I could have designed the sidebar widgets but I was pressed for time (because of some personal matters). Besides, the new blogger templates confused me with all those “faux-this-and-that” columns and other stuff – and I didn’t know which code will change what. (I later practiced on my other blog, Bloggista Info Corner, and finally found the code/line that I wanted to edit).

i’m not talented naman pinx but i love tweaking the codes and stuff. i hate choosing color combinations… LOL!
